# Terms of Use These terms explain the store rules for using Bloxy and buying digital goods from the Bloxy storefront. ## Using Bloxy Bloxy operates as a direct-to-customer digital goods store. In this current standard, Bloxy sells inventory managed by Bloxy and does not operate as an open marketplace for third-party sellers. ## Digital goods and delivery expectations Products sold on Bloxy are digital goods. Delivery timing and method depend on the product and delivery mode shown on the product page and at checkout. Some orders can be fulfilled quickly, while others may require manual review, coordination, or additional verification. ## Orders, pricing, and availability Product availability, pricing, and delivery details can change before purchase. An order is only confirmed after Bloxy accepts payment and creates the order record. If a product cannot be fulfilled as expected, Bloxy may contact you, cancel the order, or direct you to support. ## Refunds Refund decisions follow the current [Refund Policy](/pages/refund-policy). In general, digital goods that have already been successfully delivered are not eligible for a standard refund. ## Support and disputes If you have an issue with an order, start with the [Support Hub](/support). Eligible signed-in customers may also open a dispute when the normal support flow does not resolve a delivery or order problem. ## Account responsibility You are responsible for using accurate account, contact, and delivery-related information when placing an order. If you lose access to your account, use the [password reset page](/auth/forgot-password) or contact support before creating duplicate orders. ## Updates to these terms Bloxy may update these terms as the storefront evolves. The current published version on this page is the version that applies to the live storefront experience.
