This guide explains how Bloxy delivery works during launch and what to expect after you place an order.
How delivery works
Delivery depends on the product and delivery mode shown on the product page and at checkout. Some products can be fulfilled through automated code or transfer-style flows, while others require manual or account-based coordination handled by the Bloxy team.
Expected delivery timing
Delivery timing is an estimate, not a guarantee. Faster products may move quickly after payment is accepted, while some orders can take longer if they require manual handling, additional verification, or operator review.
What you receive
What you receive depends on the product. That may include a code, transfer instructions, account-related handoff steps, or delivery notes tied to your order. Always review the product details before purchase so you know the intended delivery method.
What happens after payment
After payment is accepted, Bloxy creates your order record and begins the fulfillment process for the purchased item. If you are signed in, you can review your purchase and order progress from the orders page.
If your order is delayed
If delivery takes longer than expected, check your order status first and review any instructions attached to the product or order flow. Delays can happen when manual review, account verification, or operator coordination is required.
Incorrect delivery or account issues
If the delivered result looks incorrect, incomplete, or blocked by account-access problems, contact support as soon as possible and include your order number. The team can review payment and delivery records before you escalate further.
Support and disputes
Support is the first step for delivery issues. If an eligible signed-in customer still has an unresolved delivery problem after support review, that customer may be able to open a dispute through the account/order support path.
